This is an elevated food and wine pairing created by our Sommelier. Experience the flavors of Calivines wines paired with small bites using Calivirgin products and local ingredients.

Vertical Wine + Chocolate Pairing
A decadent Chocolate & Cabernet Vertical Tasting, curated by our Sommelier. Enjoy rich chocolate pairings with select Cabernet Sauvignon vintages, plus a special tasting of our Calivines Sparkling Blanc de Blancs.

Inside Tasting Experience
Enjoy a variety of olive oil and/or wine service options inside our tasting room where you have the option of being seated at a table or our bar.
Reservations are limited to 90 minutes. Children are more than welcome under adult supervision and should be included in reservation party size.
We ask that you please do not bring outside food. We offer food bites and snacks for purchase upon arrival.
Club Member Lounge
Club Members have exclusive access to our club lounge for a more intimate and private experience.
Members can enjoy a complimentary pre-poured tasting flight along with up to 3 guests (4 total people). We also have wines available to purchase by the glass or bottle as well as delicious food bites! Reservations are limited to 90 minutes.

Outdoor Patio Experience
Wanting a more casual experience? We have multiple outdoor seating options where you can enjoy wine by the glass, bottle, or our new Patio Flight (flights only available on weekends), as well as delicious food bites.
This reservation is situated near our lawn area where children (and adults!) can play outdoors.

Are reservations required?
Reservations are not required but highly encouraged to secure your table. We do our best to seat walk-in guests as based on availability.
How long is each tasting reservation?
Each tasting reservation is allotted 90 minutes to ensure you have ample time to savor and enjoy our offerings.
What are the different tastings?
Inside Tasting - Our knowledgeable staff pours each wine as you go, offering insights and information about each selection. You'll enjoy five 1-oz tastings, allowing you to explore and learn about our wines at your own pace.
Patio Flight - Tastings are presented as a pre-poured flight of three 2-oz pours, allowing you to enjoy at your leisure. It's a relaxed way to sip on our wines and take in the ambiance of our outdoor patio or play our outdoor games.
Club Exclusive Flight - This tasting experience is reserved just for our wine members, offering a unique opportunity to enjoy our newly released wines. Tastings are presented as a pre-poured flight of three 2-oz pours, allowing you to enjoy at your leisure.
Taste of Calivirgin - We offer a flight that showcases the best of what we have to offer. Typically featuring two oils, one vinegar, and one almond flavor, this flight is perfect for sharing and enjoying with friends or family (2-3 people). Plus, it comes with bread to complement the flavors.
When is the last reservation for wine tasting?
Our first wine tasting is at 10:00am and our last wine tasting is at 3:30pm. Our last bottle or glass purchase to enjoy on the property is at 4:30pm.
Can I bring my own food?
No outside food or drinks are permitted. We do offer a selection of culinary delights available for purchase to complement your experience with us. Click here to browse the menu.
Are kids and those under 21 allowed?
Yes, kids are absolutely welcome! We're delighted to accommodate families and provide a welcoming environment for children of all ages.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We're thrilled to welcome leashed dogs on our patio. However, for the comfort and safety of all our guests, only certified service animals are allowed indoors.
Are large groups able to schedule a reservation?

What perks do club members receive?
Members receive complimentary wine and/or olive oil tastings for up to 4 guests (dependent on the club), 20% savings on purchases, exclusive access to our member-only lounge + patio, and many other perks. Learn more about our club experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that reservations be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate other guests. For groups larger than 8, a deposit fee is required to secure the booking. This fee is nonrefundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
