- 2 slices white or wheat bread
- Dijon mustard
- Calivinegar Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- Brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 slices deli turkey meat or leftover cooked turkey
- 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- Handful of micro greens
- Calivirgin Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for grilling
- On one slice of bread spread Dijon mustard, to taste.
- Layer on Brie, turkey, cranberry sauce, micro greens and another layer of Brie cheese.
- Drizzle on Calivinegar Pear Balsamic Vinegar.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Heat Calivirgin Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a nonstick skillet, a griddle or panini press.
- Cook the sandwich, pressing down with a spatula, flipping halfway through, until the bread is golden on both sides, and the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
