  1. On one slice of bread spread Dijon mustard, to taste.
  2. Layer on Brie, turkey, cranberry sauce, micro greens and another layer of Brie cheese.
  3. Drizzle on Calivinegar Pear Balsamic Vinegar.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread.
  5. Heat Calivirgin Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a nonstick skillet, a griddle or panini press.
  6. Cook the sandwich, pressing down with a spatula, flipping halfway through, until the bread is golden on both sides, and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
