- 2 large pears, slightly underripe
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons Calivinegar Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 teaspoons honey
- ½ cup fresh ricotta
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Halve and core the pears.
- Melt butter in a cast-iron skillet or another heavy-bottomed, oven proof pan. Add the pears (cut side facing down), and sauté them for two minutes on the stove.
- Place the pan in the oven and roast the pears for 20 minutes.
- Flip the pear halves. Drizzle Calivinegar Pear Balsamic Vinegar on the pears and continue roasting for 5 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven, drizzle each pear with some honey and let the pears rest for another few minutes.
- Serve warm and top with fresh ricotta and chopped walnuts. Drizzle with more honey and enjoy!
