Balsamic Fudge

Made with our Calivinegar Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Servings: 12-14   |   Prep Time: 10 min   |   Total Time: 1 hour

  • 10 ounces heavy cream
  • 4 ounces Calivinegar Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Butter a 9x13 baking pan and line with parchment that overhangs the sides.
  2. In a metal bowl, add all of the ingredients except the salt.
  3. Set over a pot of gently simmering water, stirring constantly until the chocolate has completely melted. The mixture should be very thick.
  4. Spread into the prepared pan. Allow to cool to room temperature and cut into squares.
  5. Sprinkle a few grains of sea salt on each square. Enjoy!
