On the nose our sparkling rose has notes of raspberries, and red apples with mineral characteristics that follow through to the palette. Being that this sparkling is made by the Champenoise Method it has a balanced yeast profile that makes it a complex beautiful wine for a nice warm spring or summer day.
Recommended Pairing: A triple cream brie, goat cheese, cheesecake or shellfish dish.
