Our Blanc de Blancs is slightly off dry with medium acidity and notes of orange zest, green apple, and limestone. This sparkling wine is made in the Méthode Champenoise so the bubbles are very small and delicate.
Recommended Pairing: Sushi, Indian cuisine or a green salad with a little Calivirgin Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar.
