The Coldani family has a history of making homemade wine for many generations going back to the 1920's. This was a time when American Viticulture Areas (AVA's) didn't exist, and more wine was sold in jugs than bottles. For the most part, it tasted...well...homemade.
Our family started immersing ourselves in the education of enology (the study of wines) and surrounding ourselves with experienced winemakers. We were mentored to improve our knowledge and skills, to produce the quality of wine that would complement the branded products the Coldani family is known and respected for.
After producing premium Lodi olive oils for over a decade; using these same standards and commitment to excellence, our family offers this selection of small crafted wines with a distinctive personality in a bottle.

In this series, we set out to source the finest grapes in the country, leading us to some good family friends who are nearby, or 'vicino' in Italian, neighbors if you will. These wines are crafted from carefully selected fruit from premium vineyards across California aged to perfection.
