Truffle Caesar Salad

Made with our Calivirgin Truffle Olive Oil

  • 4 slices sourdough, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons Calivirgin Truffle Olive Oil
  • Sea salt flakes, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Caesar dressing
  • ¾ cups Parmesan shavings
  1. Place grated parmesan cheese, Calivirgin Truffle Olive Oil, sea salt flakes, black pepper and sourdough into a bowl and toss until croutons are well coated.
  2. Place tossed ingredients onto a non stick baking tray. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until bread and parmesan is golden and crispy. Allow to cool before adding to salad.
  3. When ready to serve, toss the croutons together with the lettuce and parmesan shavings. Add a generous amount of your favorite Caesar dressing!
