Rosemary Apple Butter

Made with our Calivirgin Rustic Rosemary Olive Oil

Yields: 4-5 cups   |   Prep Time: 10 min   |   Total Time: 2 hours 10 min

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Combine the apples, 2 tablespoons Calivirgin Rustic Rosemary Olive Oil, and salt on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Roast for about 60-90 minutes, until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour the apples into a large pot, add the additional Calivirgin Rustic Rosemary Olive Oil and puree with an immersion blender.
  4. Add the whole rosemary sprigs, and heat on a low for about 30 minutes, until the mixture has thickened.
    Enjoy on top waffles, in grilled cheese, baking muffins, with a charcuterie board and more!
