Love this olive oil
My favorite. I don't prefer the grassy tasting olive oils. The Calivirgen has a mild, slightly fruity flavor, perfect on my Caprese salads!!!

Best olive oil around!!
Sent two of these sets as Christmas gifts. Calivirgin is the only olive oil I use in my kitchen for all cooking, salads and even for some baking. It is the best and the flavored oil really enhance every thing that I use them on--lettuce, tomatoes, eggs, chicken, beef...anything goes better with these oils and the balsamic is thick and syrupy as well. Yum!
