So we don't keep Kosher, but we do eat Matzoh instead of bread during Passover. Tonight while Ben & the kids made Matzoh pizzas, I made one without tomato sauce and instead: Matzoh, basil olive oil, garlic salt, mozzarella and sliced black olives. A few minutes in a hot oven to toast & presto non-saucy pizza. The basil olive oil totally made it. Love it, thanks for such a great product!
